It appears that their products, support, and helpfulness, is so below par as to be totally unacceptable. My own experiences with Apples products, combined with those of the people who have taken time to ask for support regarding their issues and problems with their own products, leaves me to think that Apple is not the place to sink all my money into in order to accomplish my goals. I was told that the Apple product as opposed to PC product was the way to go, especially for photography. If □ was still operating out of a garage while they tried to make a decent product, this would make a certain amount of sense and could possibly have been forgiven if addressed and fixed appropriately or a new product issued in replace of a product with the issues I have been reading as I research for the products I need to fulfill a project I want to implement. If the issues were not known, then why not? I would be curious to know just how many hours are spent addressing issues that were known would be problematic for the purchaser prior to the sale of the products. They apparently do not give a **** what they sell us as long as they keep getting paid millions upon millions of dollars worldwide. I can see why Apple is getting some negativity. ![]() If this is the standard that Apple is going to expect us to live with, than they need to come down in the price of their products by hundreds if not thousands of dollars that they charge their customers. This is acceptable to Apple? I don’t think it should be. Your screen may flash or flicker while in safe mode. ![]() ”It can take a few extra minutes to boot into safe mode.
